Getting Started
We’re eager to get to know your furry friends!
Our Meet and Greet visit is a wonderful opportunity for us to learn about your cherished companions while giving you the chance to meet with Enchanting Pets management. During this visit, please share all care instructions, including home access procedures, the locations of supplies (leash, litter boxes, etc.), dietary preferences, and any helpful tips or recommendations about your pets. This ensures we provide the highest quality service tailored to your pet’s needs. Meet & Greet visits are FREE, and you can sign up for our mailing list for an exclusive offer!
Enchanting Pets management will be available to address any questions you may have and assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of our services.
Should there be changes in your service needs, such as adding a new pet, moving to a new residence, or alterations in routines, feel free to schedule another Meet and Greet visit. These sessions are designed to update crucial information about your pets or home care instructions, ensuring that our service remains perfectly aligned with your evolving needs.
How to Schedule Service:
To conveniently schedule your service up to 24 hours before the first visit, contact us. Alternatively, you can text our office line at 407-800-1776. If we have availability, same-day reservations are possible for an additional $10 per visit.
Holidays
Holidays include: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Spring Break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. $20 per visit.
Visiting Times
- Breakfast: 7:00 am to 9:00 am
- Lunch: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Dinner: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Weather
In the event of inclement weather conditions, the pet sitter will formulate a plan and reach out to the pet owner for additional instructions or recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48-hour’s notice of cancellation. Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any scheduled changes by 5:00 pm two days before the service to avoid incurring a $30 late cancelation fee. With more than 48 hours notice from the time of the visit, a full refund is given to the client, or it can be applied to the next care visit.
